The article is devoted to highlighting one of the current problems - preventing mobbing at workplace and overcoming it, as well clarifying causes this negative phenomenon in order understand its nature. changes made Code Labor Laws Ukraine regarding for prevention were analyzed. Attention focused on fact that although legislator has introduced legal mechanisms protection against workplace, some issues practice remain open. Such a problematic aspect non-regulation legislative level manager's procedure case facts enterprise detected, because psychological situation work team led by him depends his attitude them, implemented preventive measures combat mobbing.
